I need to sign some documents using Digital ID. I've previously the exact same preview and have signed these same documents many many times. However, this time, when ME click on the sign reach, it will not work.

I can click durch all the signing areas until I acquire to the final signing window. There are a select document errors, but these must never prevented me from signing before. This is not working on any PDF. I was on the phones with customer support newest night for over an hour, real they couldn't figure it out.

ME am using one most current reading. I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat twice, and restarted my computer all times. Customer get did exactly the equal something.

Customer support also reset the prefs to default. Nothing.

Fun enough, customer support said they wanted negotiate the issuing, and would call me back. Haven't receive such either.
