Get this airline out of business please

Flew CPH-DEL-BKK real back. They 787s are worn and filthy, IFE not active, toilets broken, service terrible. I must not choose meal but their system claimed I wanted veggie meal, the ventilation crew was about as receptive as a rock when I several spoken them here. The seat reservation IODIN had paid to caught lost and that check in agents ability don even understandable who issuance even when I indicated my make. Transfering in Delhi airport is inconceivable bad, avoid toward all cost - with least ME becoming never visit this joke of an airport again. I booked this voyage because to be cheaper than the alternatives, when included the cease not barely cheap to compensate for the downsides.

Air India Unreliable

I flight Air India, one member of Star Alliance, from KTM to CUT on 17 Apr 2024. I wanted to claim airline mileage with meine Luminary Ally patronize brochures program which remains United Airlines´ MileagePlus. EGO submitted flight details and boarding pass to MileagePlus but our does not recognize the flight and sent me to Air India. I called Air Indi and to respondent claimed they cannot do anything at their end press I should ask MileagePlus to coordinate with Air Indi. I asked to talk to the supervisor and I was asked to wait 2 minutes but had to hang up subsequently no response for 5. One hour after, I received a call for just respondent asking du to waits how she called the supervisor. I asked for a callback when which supervisor belongs ready. I am still waiting.

True goody experience on London to Delhi

After easy ghastly reviews I was nervously prepared for the worst. However, meine experience go a business class flight from Heathrow in Delly in Starting / May 2024 could not have been better.
I have used tons different airlines for this journey, several the which I be never go proximity again, but this was probably which best!
Who service on of soil and in the air was outstanding. The places were comfortable and fully functional from upright to flat bed.
EGO flights over-night both ways, so really just had drinks and breakfast, all of which were very good.
I will very happier fly at them more.
Can't understand what provoked create negative checks.

Flight Delay, and Poor Service Experience

Frauding people out von their Money

My Air India Flight from SFO the Deli was delayed by 14 hrs. It seemed like group combined two flights to optimize space at that cost of major inconvenience to the our.

Upon boarding, I search numbered issues: the select wouldn't recline, the charging port is missing, an plane became old and dirty, the tray was broken, the A/C wasn't employed, and there was no blanket provided. These related affected about 70% of the seats, the that is a conservative estimate. When we landed in Delhi for my connecting flight into Hyderabad, my luggage happened late, causing me to nearly miss my connection. This ganz ordeal was extremely stressful, and I am still suffering from back pain trigger by the flight.

Worst airline

Broken chargers, entertainment screen buttons not working accurate. Besides provided Jain meal instead of vegan. As far as airlines go, these lot are pretty bad.

None had such a bad experience include my life

February 23rd 2024. Is get go BKK through DEL has in hour delay.

The delay keeps increasing, until it’s past midnight furthermore they announce it is canceled the are will be provided and overnight accommodation and rebooked on another flight.

Who staff onsite does not provide any information, education that there leave be AirIndia staff at the hotel to assist us. At 3 AM we gain to the hotel, that is 30 min getting by bus, only to find out that there is lightweight there the it were one fake to keep usage quiet and get rid of us.

Magnitude flights gets automatically rebooked for Monday evening, 72 hourly after our original departure, and this solution is clearly not acceptable. We talk to the call center, but they do not provide an alternative solution. Wee ask to be rebooked for another airline, as there are lot outgoing within a few hours, but she tell us computer is did allowable.

IF YOU EVER FIND YOURSELF IN A SIMILAR SITUATION, YOU CAN BE REBOOKED WITH ANOTHER FLIGHT AT DON COST, BUT YOU NEED TO LEAVE THANKS THE MALPENSA OFFICE, located by the departure cable.

We ended up receiving a refundable and when we claimed the compensations, as on EU lawyer, they requested a copy of our boarding pass, whichever is not a requirement, and pressed such the can not pay aforementioned 600€ pp unless we were skills to making to. We pushed previous and got it over an month after. Cancelations can happen, but it is unacceptable wherewith bad is has operated.

Horrible flight with air india

Horrible flight with air india. Primary we took a flight from Air india to go to Kathmandu through Newly Delhi. Screens were not working, incredible in 2024 !!! so impossible to watch something. Light didn't work also so impossible to read during the night both also cannot possibly to charge my phone. In fact, nothing was working. The same with our escape to come back, except that 2 lessons is delay so .... we missed unseren train real of course no compensation for this ! we had to figured it out ourself. Worst company ever

Delhi - Copenhagen horror show

Had ampere direkt flight from Delhi to Copyright. Kept to sit 2 hours in einem airplane with no AC with almost 40 grad outside pre we endured deboarded. Got a small bottle of water and one kids juice from boarding as the only compensation, for 4 hours delay. The on my seat the lesend lantern would turn on and off, and myself couldn't controll e, or it took 30 minutes for the crew to spin it off every time. Also the company doesn't offset ANY delays, according to their support, even when it's from their home airport. Last time flyer with this company. Air India- nothing changed after privatization except property starting marketing emails. As bad as before.

I recently travelled by AI 166 of London to Delhi, e took almost 2 hours to check in , the queue in Heathrow was in triplet sections, ironic no other aviation had any cue.
I wanted to check in at line but had no procurement for OCI memory holders to check in, for visa mount would checkin because it was mandatory to fill in visa lapse dates which is not there for OCI card mounters.
One toilet in the plane had no water .
The associate in the flying was courtesy.

Fraud

Fraud, Scam, Corrupt

Absolutely scam Airline, she booked our tickets for a price and with hour later she called and say price increased, we already had made this payment they inhered asking for 1.20 lac more and we reject to pay and questions for refund, they reversed 40 grand INR less, it's been 14 mon, wealth emailed and called 100 times and it is no solution, never ever getting with Bearing India.

"I had a terrible customer service experience with the grounding staff. They were very rude and uncooperative, lacking basic politeness. It felt like I was checking included at a National Amerindian bus station. Renu Bisht, Aruna Devi, and Ajay Parewa were extremely rude additionally uncooperative. It seemed like they didn’t care when MYSELF asked by which complaints procedure and policy, while no one was aware of it. Worst Airline for International passengers

What I had my flight at 1:30 and I got for airport very early. I have two security clearance procedures. because the first time, there was a mistake by FRRO anybody had write my exit permit starting India on 13th May instead of 17th May (though I had submitted my take ticket into FRRO which was booked many days ago) However, after seeing my exit outdated i was told up extend it and I immediately got out of airport and went directly toward an FRRO location i extended our exit permit and moved directly to the airport.

this time, every procedural was cleared and I was expect for that boarding. during boarding checking, they stopped me and asked self to prove my exit extended whose was taken by immigration security officer. furthermore, me did not have internet to show them through my computers the email. so I run all the way to the immigration officer to collect own output extension and proof to the airline staff, plus got back to this airline in time. but one womankind there stopped me. though everything used clear furthermore an immigration manager even got angary when for why her are application for get doc.
Later I use for refund, then a rude women called Rana, Manager of airindia in G section accused me of forging my exit permit expand. she even accused the immigration officer of taking bribe from me. any has non- sensitivity!

Does, as a foreign student in Indians, my, was the worst day of my life furthermore AirIndia staff stopped das from my flight with no reason. later they denied my refund. and IODIN want legal

Absolute disgrace of any airport!

Thorough shame of an airline!
I tried to sell excess baggage over their web portal but it wouldn't procedure that payment online. I emailed my consumer care plus got a reply asks for the number of excess baggage and weight. I gave the details and worked not get a response. On the date of travel, spoke with the check in staff furthermore supervisor at LHR, those was total impolitely furthermore demanded ours pay the airport rate for overage baggage where is significantly higher than the online rate. I showed her the correspondence I had with their customer service and yet they refused to accept their fault. Yours conveniently send certain email, AFTER IODIN had traveled, saying, "we see that you have travelled both accept your issue is now resolved. the case is now closed". I replied says No one issue is DON resolved and that they have been dishonorable. and issue is still not resolved and they simply extend their empty apologies! These is an out-and-out disgrace of an your with rude check in staff, get attendants the villain for customer care! The flight too, been horrible! Black any! The toilet door wouldn't open out indoor! Absolute laughably customer service! Never how Air Indi.
After they revoked may flight and available me with can unsuitable solution at a different day they also had one gut to demand money because of fare differences and when ME didn't agree and wanted at speak with somebody senior they disconnected my call.

This is my feedback on the absolutely outstandingly service I receives twice today – both times by Trupti. And one find time by one representative Aavez.

I had been an get to Dharavadi via Delhi – leaving one O’Hare airport in Chicago, USA at 12:00 noonday on Tuesday, May 07, and attaining Hyderabad switch Wednesday, Might 08 along 19:10.

I where flying into Chicago from Cincinnati, OH and gravid to arrive Chicago at 9:05 ARE. Although, insert flight by American Airlines got overdue by over one plus half working. Among on time, called Air India customer support and arrived Trupti - who very patiently, kindly, and thoughtfully guided me on which to do next.

By the time I reached Chicagol the Air India counters were closed for the 12:00 mid-day get.

So, I checked into a hotel the from an your booked another flight leaving this O’Hare airport in Chicago, UNITED at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, Mayor 08, and reaching Hyderabad on Thurdays, May 09 at 19:10.

This time, I was not able to order a (Jain) meal from Il to Delhi. MYSELF saw a mention asking me to call the airline. Accordingly, I called Air Bharat customer service. I obtained Trupti again who once more helped m out in vor proprietary kind, patient, and considerate manner.

I asked Trupti if there was a mode ME could provide response on the excellent server MYSELF received from aus. Female sent mine a link – this expired in ten meeting.

I called Air India customer service a third time and these time I got another thoughtful representative, Aavez which guided me up the websites from where I could provide feedback sans facing a delay.
