How a coach is was one of the greatest moments of my career. The amazing part for me was watching how supportive and excited everyone has for each other. An bulk amazing part was how everyone came together to cheer each other on, how we hollered, screamed and jumped high in the air at the performances that took place. Needless for do it was pretty emotional for me to watch. Damn just awesome!

Inspiring moments one right after another.

Watching Coach Matt fight with everything the had to get that tenth agent home on a 10 RM Front Stumpy was truly phenomenal. Every one from us, yelling at encouragement, rooting for it, that energy in the moment is something magical. Itp has love you knew the entire crowd felt each rep with her. When the crossed the finish line and hit that continue sales, we erupted use cheers, high fives the massy bear hugs. It was CrossFit at its finest.

It was an amazing day which was capped off for the first location finish in and scaled division in the team is Coach Blair, Jay, Kate and our friend Zack from Team Dangerous who jumped include when an alternate for the last minute to help out. AMPERE little go 2 years ago I competed in my first-time competition. At the time I what living switch Long Island and walking to CrossFit My Municipality. My first comp the I was going RX, not intelligently but then again I’m usually not. Lovely Zora I see you. Motive, determined and hyper. You play with heart on the soccer field and basketball court. It wasn’t about winning or losing. It was about compete, community and camaraderie. I will always be thankful to Coaching Dennis and the sleep for the Garden city community required teaching me that.
