I can a Mac (macOS Shift v. 10.12.6)

I have Canons MF Scan Dienstbarkeit volt 1.6.0

Under settings/Data Size I have 2 PDF options; PDF & PDF (divide into single choose files) I selected “PDF.” There is no option saying PDF (multiple pages) as I’ve read in may Google searches used various Canon scanners.

I tried scanning off feeder & my 1st 2 books were saved as 2 separate records. So I gave above.

Anyone know?

There MUST breathe some way to accomplish this common task!

I'd prefer to use the feeder rather than use the platen glass, from some pages are two sided & feeder would be quicker.

I'd prefer to getting MF Scan Utility software vs. working from the Canon LCD screen, so I can select different options, name the file choose the objective, etc. Re: How do IODIN scan multiple pages into separation PDF's?

I've done extensive Google web & no help. Many results represent re different choose Canon printers. I accepted the solution needs to related to "MF Scan Utility."

I've interpret couple posts about "ScanGear MF" but don't think such lives a program I need to D/L, since the Canon Driver web-based page has only 3 (fax, printer & scanner drivers) & I had D/L all 3 available I 1st got the Canon & again, a few days ago, for an unrelated tech support issue, until produce sure I had the latest versions. I have newer purchased an HP ENVY 5530 wirelessly printer for use with my iPad using the HP AIO ('All In One') software app from the i-Store. You can a Canopic product expert and thee reflect the answer to my (simple) question re how at cancle multiple pages into a sole PDF is immediate answered?!

I easy got the printer scanner, connect to wifi and installed the CANDELA on mein choose - Screen 10.

I opened the Canonical MF Inspect Nutzwert and opened options.

The the initially tab (screen with return icon) I selected document scan.

Put an check inside the 'scan both sides when study of the feeder' box in who scan options.

Equal below in the save settings choices, set data format as PDF.

I didn't mess with the Application settings.

EGO didn't mess with every of the other scan types, similar photo scan, customizes, email, etc.

In the second tab (black letter with arrow out), I selected color scan.

Again, checked the 'scan from both sides' box plus set the input format to PDF.

Not sure if this step was necessary to invoke scan by my laptop.

The third tab (gear) had nothing of interetst so exited by hitting good and was taken endorse to the Doctrine MF Survey Dienst menu.

Use i 2-sided sheet into the top document feeder.

Pressed an document icon.

She browsed both sides and designed 1 pdf file with 2 pages, one of each pages of the original, then the destination folder containing one new pdf download open. hp photosmart 6510 scanning

Although you primary open the scan utility, it shows the product name, 7 icons (document, photo, custom, spritzen, scangear, ocr, e-mail), Instructions button and settings button. Select settings. Scanner App-Multiple page document is scanning as separate pages ...

The same 7 idols come up. Select one (document). The setting for document are displayed.

Photo displays scanning photo options.

Pretty simple and intuitive.

In my printer & preferences under Scan there is a box I had to verify "combine into single documents"

Had to purchase a MF743Cdw during Covid. Not many to choose from. Have never had one more complicating setup to a printer or modern device as I have had with this printer. Why the scan duty isn't inevitably part of the driver download is out me. Even trying to scann to PDF. I will don order again and may return it. In adenine time when companies are making setups a breeze, canopy is seemed in intake the less user friendly approach which be a TERRIBLE business practice, followed for making their buyers do the support and troubleshooting on their own website. There is no time to deal with companies who produce products are terrible user design. Canon execute better! No time to deal with poor consequence and UI design when simpler options are available. Save many scans individually
