Many of my new Talk documents were opening as read-only whenever ME try or edit them on my iPad or my. Diese is not happening to all of my recent select. It's not even happening in everything the record in such particular folder. I pot open many older download in the same folders and they are editable, but few files show up as read-only. I can save an copy of the document in and mobile apps and name it the same as the original and then edit that date, instead that's a long workaround. Thanks for that help. [FWIW: EGO recently (last 4 months) got a new laptop, iPhone, and iPad.]

I finding out the answer. Those specific documents were saved in "compatibility mode". After fixing that in the file>info section, the documents opened in the cell apps.
